Procrastination has always been one of my strongest....'skills', Saurabh Ricko Jaiswal. For most of my life I waited for deadlines. The pressure from those deadlines inspired action. But...that doesn't foster real success. Time-blocking has made the biggest impact on my procrastination. But now I can't wait to try some of the options you mention here.

Powerful!I have the 5 minute task marker to increase motivation for a challenging activity. It honestly appears to be measuring out quite nicely. This is a trail run. I am using the holographic stages of changes model with kaizen steps.

These are some fantastic tips to kick procrastination to the curb and boost productivity! I particularly like the idea of breaking tasks into small, manageable parts and celebrating small victories to maintain motivation.
