Pete says:
Fail. Way too much liquid to grill. Maybe in the broiler these might hold together. But I threw the, on the weber and they virtually disintegrated. And I make turkey burgers all the timeWould recommend maybe diced pineapple in lieu of the juice. Or more binder which would kind of defeat the purpose
-
GG says:
These burgers are the best!! I mix mayo, teriyaki and Siracha and spread on buns.
-
Melanie says:
I made this tonight. Great switch up from my regular turkey burgers. I did not have teriyaki so I made this one from scratch....I also used diced pineapple as that is what I had and placed it on the burgers just before melting the Swiss cheese.
-
Krae says:
I didn't have a problem at all. They were perfect and moist.
-
Krae says:
These were sooooo good! They will def be a staple on our weekly menus! I just love warm pineapple and the burgers are moist and flavorful! I used havarti cheese rather then Swiss. So yummy!!
-
Lorna says:
Darn! We followed the recipe exactly (and triple checked) but ours just fell apart on the grill and were mushy. I wonder if we should have added egg to hold it together. The flavor was great... but the texture ?.
-
Lisa says:
Fun flavor combination but my burgers didn't stay together and were a crumbly mess. Not sure where I went wrong?
-
Momma Cyd says:
You could try adding an egg to help bind all of the ingredients together. It will not change the taste.
