Best Instant Pot Soup Recipes (2024)

I’ll bet everyone who has purchased an Instant Pot and brought it home was already dreaming about the kinds of soup they would make in it. I know we were.

I was looking forward to some favorites from childhood, such as my mother’s Hearty Beef Stew, while my husband Sean was looking forward to creating some of our favorite international recipes, such as Chicken Tortilla Soup.

Beyond old favorites, we were looking forward to trying some new creative recipes. Cooking together is one of our favorite things, but let’s be honest, finding a recipe that is quick, easy and requires less time to make is a winner every time.
