A Few Helpful Tips

1. Cut the bottom off of a plastic cup and use as a funnel.

2. Poor ingredients through funnel into jar. You could use a 1/4 cup dry measuring cup or spoon to help add ingredients to your jars.

3. I used a small gravy ladle to pat down the ingredients in between layers. You could also use the end of a wooden spoon or something similar to level and tap down each layer before adding the next one.
